Golf fans were quick to joke after DP World Tour pro Ugo Coussaud received a somewhat unusual gift for scoring a hole-in-one while playing golf Andalucia Masters.
Coussaud, 32, hit the ace in the first round of the tournament at Real Club de Golf Sotogrande on Thursday.
The Frenchman posted a hectic round of 2-under 70, but he will likely never forget what happened on the par-3 8th hole.

Unfortunately, there is no footage of the ace, but records suggest he missed his tee shot from 177 yards.
However, we have evidence of what tournament sponsor Estrella Damm gave the golfer when he returned to the clubhouse.
His price?
A new car? A shiny new watch?
No.
His body weight in Beer.
Yes, that’s right, Coussaud was given 10×24 Packs Estrella Dam.
Just look at his little face:
Some X users rated the price poorly, while others described it as “cheap.”
Here are some reactions:
“Estrella pulls out all the stops here. This will make car and watch manufacturers stand up and think about next year’s hole-in-one prize!”
“Ooft, I hope Estrella had full insurance! There could be layoffs at the bottling plant.”
“This is the cheapest hole-in-one price I have ever seen in my life. It has to be $200 worth of beer. Typically you can get a nice car worth $60,000 to $120,000.”
“This must be really devastating. If you watch other hole-in-ones, you’ll get a Rolex or a fancy car.”
“Hole-in-one prices have fallen off a cliff.”
What do you think of its price?
